We stand by our product and fully understand that it will get used in harsh, austere environments. Our warranty is simple: as long as you follow the installation instructions provided properly, our product is warrantied forever, to whomever owns it. If the product is damaged during use to the point of inoperability, send it back to us and we will send you a new one, no questions asked.
This warranty does not include normal wear and tear to the finish. If you want to return it un-used in its original packaging, expect a full refund. We reserve the right to evaluate returns/refunds on a case by case basis.
If you buy something from us and decide you want to return it, we will take back your new, unused item and refund you fully - provided that it is in its unopened original packaging.
If the item is used or damaged in any way, we reserve the right to deny a refund request.
